SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment’s tracking information. 

IMPORTANT:

Please fill the address in English only and valid contact information (phone number) is required. The shipping can't be processed unless otherwise.

You may need to pay additional tax for customs clearance and VAT, depending on where you are located. Please check the customs and VAT at your locale before you make an order. 


SHIPMENT PROCESSING

We ship to over 30 countries with duties and taxes NOT included. Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Upon delivery, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.

Your orders are received at the fulfillment centers in real-time, and orders that come in before 2:00 PM (DMT+9) are filled same-day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note that 5K DAC/AMP is made in and shipped from the Republic of Korea. The shipping fee varies mainly depending on the logistic distance from Korea. Shipping fees calculated at the checkout.

ZONE 2 (20 USD / Express)_ 4 to 7 business days (8 USD / Standard) _ 3 to 4 weeks

Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Philippines, Spain, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States 

ZONE 3 (15 USD / Express)_ 4 to 7 business days  (6 USD / Standard) _ 3 to 4 weeks

Hong Kong SAR, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam 


** Express Shipping only for battery included items by Fedex Express. Standard Shipping for non-battery items only.

  

NOTICE

  • Days are expressed as working days (Monday to Friday) and do not include weekends or regional public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays proceed on the next working day.
  • Tracking number is provided normally but not always guaranteed, as it depends on the receiving country's local postal system.
