Hello, I am contacting you to find out more about your product. I would like to know if your device has a built-in DSP. Currently, I use the “Loudness EQ” feature on my motherboard—which has a default DSP—but I’m wondering if I can improve the sound quality a bit. I use in-ear monitors and play competitive video games; for that kind of gaming, having detailed sound is important. I haven’t had much luck with other DACs or amplifiers so far: I tried the FiiO K11 R2R, but unfortunately, I didn’t hear anything amazing—it was more painful on my ears than revealing any fine details. Then I tried the Arturia DAC, but it was the same story as the FiiO K11; I couldn’t hear footsteps. I have no idea if the two DACs I tested even had built-in DSPs or not. If you have a moment to briefly explain what I can do to improve my sound quality, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance for your reply. Best regards.
