USB Audio Class 1 or 2?
Hi team,

1) I wanted to know: as the USB DAC is 96KHz / 24-bit, is the device USB Audio Class 1?
This would be a bonus to the 5K as this would allow connection for audio output from Playstation 4 if it is Class 1. (I don't think PS4 supports Class 2).

2) Also, as another forum member has asked, I would like to say I would favour being able to limit the max charge% of the 5K so as to preserve battery longevity, especially when connected for USB Audio usage.

Another ideal scenario would be a battery charge zone such as 25-75%. In this scenario the unit could draw current to recharge the battery only once reaching the floor percentage (25% in my example) charging to 75%.

Hi there,

1) It's class 1. (No driver needed)
2) Yes, you will have it.

Thank you!

Your idea below looks exciting and worth to try.

"Another ideal scenario would be a battery charge zone such as 25-75%. In this scenario the unit could draw current to recharge the battery only once reaching the floor percentage (25% in my example) charging to 75%."

We'll check the feasibility and support it with future F/W update, if possible.

Thank you for your excellent suggestion !
